Embodied Wellbeing
SACE ACCREDITED wellness course for educators
nervous system renewal
Course Overview
A one-day professional development programme introducing educators to practical nervous system regulation through embodied learning methods, supporting personal wellbeing and sustainable professional presence in the classroom.
In the high-pressure environment of South African schools, educators are experiencing chronic stress, burnout and emotional fatigue. This workshop creates a structured pause for restoration and skill-building, equipping participants with simple, practical tools they can apply immediately in their daily work. Through breathwork, grounding, sensory awareness and accessible nervous system education, participants learn to move from survival mode toward greater calm, clarity and embodied presence.
