Course Overview

A two-day experiential professional development course supporting educators in building nervous system awareness, strengthening resilience, and applying practical body-based wellbeing tools for themselves and their learners.

This two-day programme offers space to pause, reflect and regulate, while building practical skills that translate directly into classroom practice. Grounded in polyvagal theory, somatic awareness and trauma-informed principles, the course bridges personal wellbeing and professional presence, supporting educators to regulate themselves and model calm, safe learning environments for learners.
