Course Overview
A three-day embodied-professional development immersion combining somatic regulation, applied narrative therapy and therapeutic crafting to support deep personal enquiry, regenerative practice and sustained professional presence.
“Embodied Resilience” offers a trauma-informed container where embodied practice, guided journal therapy and creative crafting are woven into a progressive arc of preparation → enquiry → integration. Over three days, participants move beyond surface stress-management into a held process of somatic inquiry, narrative re-authoring and practical ritual work that supports ongoing resilience in their personal and professional lives.

Curriculum & Methodology
This is a trauma-informed, facilitated, experiential immersion with an emphasis on safety, psychological boundaries and culturally responsive practice. The process includes guided body-based practices, nervous system education, structured journal therapy prompts and reflective practice, small-group compassionate witnessing and storytelling sessions and therapeutic crafting.
