  • Designed and facilitated the organisational strategic planning using the theory of change methodology.  To effectively support the staff, online training about the methodology was included in the overall process. (June 2021 - February 2022)

  • Designed and facilitated the 3-day, international MEL convening for the 8 countries participating in the programme. The convening was conducted in a hybrid space in which delegates met face-to-face in their own country and connected to the plenary via an online platform.  (September 2021)
