Programme Reviews and Evaluations

Programme reviews and evaluations are a natural extension of my wealth of experience in training and development. Along with monitoring and evaluation, and needs assessments, it forms part of the package of services that I provide.

As an accredited Skills Development Facilitator, my focus is often on learning programmes and materials development. However, given my background and expertise in change management, I also provide these services within an organisational development and strategic planning context that includes but is not limited to gender reviews, reviewing of goals and objectives and programme
evaluations.

  • designing measurement and data gathering instruments (qualitative and quantitative)

  • capturing, analysing and interpreting data 

  • conducting interviews and focus group discussions

  • setting up online tools using freeware 

  • preparation and presentation of results which includes facilitation of discussion

  • design and presentation of reports

Wellness and Personal Development 

My deep appreciation of Jungian Psychology is the bedrock upon which I have developed creative and imaginative ways of offering wellness services in my community. Often these are pro-bono offerings and sometimes a nominal investment is required to cover out of pocket expenses; however I am also able to provide these services in a professional capacity.

Online Journal Therapy

In response to the 2020 covid-19 lockdown, I began the online journal therapy programme which is designed to support individual journeys of self discovery and personal growth. We explore journal therapy techniques and work with topics using the expressive writing process.   Participants enroll in 7 or 11 day, self paced journeys during which the writing commitment is 15 - 30 minutes per day for four days. The 11 day journeys have four reflection days included. As with the other wellness offerings, there is a strong Jungian focus.
